Tokeneke Tax District Annual Meeting

This meeting will include the approval of the last meeting’s minutes, the adoption of the annual budget for the fiscal year 2023-2024, and the election of officers and directors. It will also include the laying of the District tax and fixing of the tax rate, and the approval of resolutions to authorize transfer between budget items to borrow against pending tax collections or to meet emergency conditions, and to waive the $20,000 limitation for expenditures required by the budget.
